Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Orders are processed within 5–10 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Processing begins once payment has been successfully confirmed.

3. Tracking
Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped.
It is the customer's responsibility to monitor shipment status.
4. Carrier Responsibility
All shipments are handled by USPS.
Once the package is transferred to the carrier, Selom Cosmetics LLC is not responsible for:

Carrier delays

Weather disruptions
-
Lost packages in transit

Delivery rescheduling
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Delivered Packages
If USPS marks the package as "Delivered," the order is considered fulfilled.
In cases of missing packages marked delivered:

Customers must file a claim directly with USPS.

6. Incorrect Address & Returned Packages
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to:

Failure to claim
The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
Refunds will not be issued for returned packages caused by customer error.
